30 Day Limited Warranty:
AZ Smoke Free, LLC. warrants only to the original purchasers of this product from azsmokefree.com that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 30 days after date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than AZ Smoke Free, LLC ;
2) physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; or
3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended
The following warranty is soley for the purchaser's recourse.
Because of the corporate health policy that's in place for the protection of our customers, cartridges or e-liquid may not be returned for a refund, due to the product not being re-distributable.
Replacement or repair of product is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your AZ Smoke Free device fails to operate satisfactorily, please simply follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Email our Customer Support Department at support@azsmokefree.com in order to receive a return number. Please label your email subject line, "Request for Return Number." In the body of your email, please include your
(1) full contact information including your first and last name and/or company name.
(2) order number.
(3) date purchased.
(4) telephone number.
(5) fax (if applicable)
(6) email address.
(7) complete shipping address.
(8) the reason for the return, providing an explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the device and/or any of its components. All of these information entries are required for processing your request.
2. Within 48 hours of our receipt of your email, our Customer Support Department will review the information you have provided, and email you back with a return number. Please do not send any product to us unless and until you have received your return number. Once you have received your return number. please package your starter kit and/or components securely, and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Support Department indicating your return number. Please do not send us your entire starter kit if you are experiencing an issue with only a product component. Mail any product returns to the following address: AZ Smoke Free, LLC. P.O. Box 3000, Show Low, AZ 85902 attention Customer Support Department.
3. Once our Customer Support Department has received the product you have returned, we will then send you a confirmation email indicating our receipt of same, and our email to you will include an estimated time of delivery of your replacement AZ Smoke Free product and/or components.
